This form should be used by Church Recognised Organisations wishing to:

Obtain a Fundraiser Code: so that you can purchase WYD08 merchandise at reduced rates for the purpose of raising funds to support WYD08
Fundraise using WYD08 logo: use the logo in some way connected with raising funds for WYD08 which does not involve the purchase of WYD08 merchandise.

Permission documents will be in English. Translations will be available.
